Athina Marmorat has a Masters in International Management from ISEG Paris and worked for seven years in the sales and marketing departments of large international groups such as France Telecom, Philip Morris or Ferrero. After training in coaching and facilitation, she joined as program manager Mozaik RH, recruitment nonprofit organization specialized in diversity promotion. She developed an innovative program to support job search the “CV Video program” and supported more than 800 young people in three years.

Today, consultant and trainer in education program within the Civic Lab, her mission today is to create a bridge between companies and young people, to stimulate, inspire and better prepare the younger generation to the world of company and its codes. For one of her customers, the KPMG Foundation, she designs and facilitates workshops in schools on self-knowledge, professional project and company codes. She also trained employee involved in the mentoring program to run workshops in schools. In collaboration with the Association "Maslaha" based in London, she also works to launch a pilot program of leadership development for girls from disadvantaged backgrounds. The project aims to build confidence and raise their career aspirations including via local models of success in women.

Very committed on the issues of diversity, she was selected in 2009 as a Fellow of the Ariane de Rothschild Foundation and participated in the creation of the first mixed group reflection (United Kingdom, United States, Belgium, France) on issues of intercultural dialogue and social entrepreneurship at Columbia University in New York.
