Saara is the Senior Project Manager for the Schools With Roots Programme at Maslaha.

Saara has over 10 years' experience in the education sector, from classroom delivery to managing education programmes.

Before joining Maslaha, Saara was the Director of Design and Impact at a social mobility charity, creating and scaling programmes to support young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Prior to that, she was a primary school teacher in areas with diverse communities. Saara has held a range of roles including designing curricula, delivering training for teachers, facilitating education workshops in schools across the country and creating resources to support parents with building critical thinking skills in children.
